Michelle is the wife, mother, chef and school teacher of the Beer family while they travel around Australia. Michelle got the camping bug from an early age and loves being outdoors, especially when the sun is out.
What do you like the most about camping / caravanning?
Spending time outdoors in the sunshine and travelling to new places throughout Australia.
What is your favourite camping item?
Our Jayco Expanda Outback 18.57-9 would have to be the best camping item with its large fridge and comfy beds. Easier to setup than our Jayco Outback Swan we used to own.
What camping destinations have you been to?
So far we have been to every state in Australia My favorite was the Kimberley, Cape York and the Coral Coast in WA.
Other camping items that you take with you camping?
1) ipad and iphone so I can keep up with friends and family
2) plenty of clothing for the seasons.
What is your favourite camp spot and why?
Mataranka Thermal Springs. A very beautiful and relaxing spot to camp for a few days.
Favourite camping meal?
Anytime we go out for dinner and I dont have to cook:-)

What is the best thing about camping with your family?
Spending time with each other. Dont get me wrong though, spending time with each other 100% of the time is great however we still all need some time for ourselves while caravanning together.
